Toxguard Injection 100 ml - Choline Chloride

Toxguard is a synergistic formulation designed to support liver health, enhance metabolism, and aid in detoxification.

  • Choline Chloride: A potent lipotropic agent. It acts by preventing the abnormal accumulation of fat in the liver (hepatic lipidosis or "fatty liver"). It does this by promoting the synthesis of phospholipids (like lecithin), which are essential for transporting fat out of the liver. Choline is also a precursor to the vital neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
  • Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B₁₂): Plays a crucial role as a coenzyme in major metabolic pathways, including carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism. It is essential for gluconeogenesis (energy production) in ruminants, the formation and maturation of red blood cells (haematopoiesis), and the maintenance of a healthy nervous system.
  • Glycine: A non-essential amino acid that is fundamental to detoxification processes in the liver (Phase II conjugation). It binds to metabolic wastes and chemical toxins, converting them into less harmful, water-soluble forms that can be easily excreted by the kidneys. It also acts as a source of energy and has anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective effects.
